Cinnamon is a

stomach you are more likely to eat less. Cinnamon has been implicated in rises
in metabolism, which prompts more effective digestion of carbohydrates, burns
more calories and results in quicker weight loss. Cinnamon also contains
calcium that hinders weight gain by increasing the amount of fat burned and
decreasing the fat stored by the body.
Honey helps to
lose weight at the same time by fuelling the liver, speeding up fat-burning
metabolism and easing stress hormones. The mixture helps in regulating blood

How to Make:
Steep one inch
Cinnamon piece or ½ tsp Cinnamon powder in a cup of boiling water cover it
until it is warm enough to drink add honey to taste or 2 tsp when the water is
lukewarm. Drink ½ of this before going to bed. The other half should be covered
and place on your bed side table and drink it in the morning without re-heating
on empty stomach on your bed for one week.
